We purchased a used motorhome from Sylvian Lake RV and were very impressed with the business. It was our fist time buying an RV and we were walked through the entire unit and all of the systems, front to back.

Hats off to Sylvan Lake RV. My wife and I had been searching for a certain type of travel trailer for quite a while and found what we were looking for at Sylvan Lake RV. We spoke with our salesperson Greg on the phone, then made arrangements to come and view the unit. Before we arrived, they moved the unit into a shop and had all the slides open and the power on. Long story short, we purchased the unit. On pickup day they had moved the unit into the heated showroom. They went through the unit with us top to bottom, showing features etc. Once we brought the unit home they followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was ok. It is nice to see that this level of service still exists. I would not hesitate to use Sylvan Lake RV again in the future. Special thanks to Greg for all his help.

We dealt with Mike, after having had a bad experience somewhere else, we were very particular and asked a million questions Mike was patient, honest, and very accommodating. When we picked the unit up we were thrilled and knew we had made the right choice to go with Sylvan Lake RV.

Brought home our “new” pre-owned Montana 20th anniversary 5th wheel yesterday. just like I have a “Go to” boat dealer and salesperson’ I now have a “go-to” RV dealer and salesperson. Adam Fik at Sylvan Lake RV helped us get out of a unit that we learned after purchase did not suit us and into this beautiful Montana that we should be enjoying for many years. I have been ripped off by a dealer south of Calgary so it was reassuring I could have every confidence that was not going to happen at Sylvan Lake RV. Go check them out. I purchased my first Class A Coach from Sylvan Lake RV and am very happy with the experience. I had been monitoring their inventory for a while and when a coach I liked finally showed up (2013 Entegra Aspire), I was able to see it, test drive it and complete the purchase in a span of 7 days. Greg and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, top notch service all the way. I fully recommend them and would happily purchase another coach from them in the future!

My wife Karen and I decided to purchase a used deisel coach to explore the country. We browsed the Sylvan RV website and seen a couple used coaches we were interested in and visited there dealership. We were immediately welcomed by Cal the salesman and looked at a few coaches. We decided to buy the 2008 Newmar Mountain Aire. The coach was in great shape for its age. The sales experience was great and they delivered the coach on time and it was very clean.
Karen and I would not hesitate to recommend Sylvan Lake RV to anyone and will certainly use them in the future.

We went to Red Deer to the RV show but was checking out different dealers in the area and found SYLVAN LAKE RV. Checked out their website and ended up missing the rv show and just headed out to Sylvan Lake. found exactly what we wanted and the price was the best of any we had found. the whole experience was stress free and they did everything to accommodate us in every way. the service was great and when we came back to pick up our motorhome everything was done and ready to go. Dale and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We purchased a near new Diesel Pusher. We had a couple of small issues after the purchase and I was very pleased with the resolution.
